Maintenance Technician - Taiwan

1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment.

2. Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical problems.

3. Reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.

4. Conducting routine maintenance checks on machinery and equipment.

5. Calibrating and testing mechanical equipment to ensure proper functioning.

6. Collaborating with engineers and other technicians to design and develop new systems and equipment.

7. Ordering and maintaining inventory of parts and supplies

8. Ensuring compliance with local safety regulations, protocols and company’s EHS policy.

 

Minimum Education Required: College graduated (above)

Minimum Experience

(years and type):

1. At least 5-year related experience in Preventive Maintenance/Maintenance/Repairing equipment, hand on experience is very important.

2. With experience on Electrical Engineering, Installation/Maintenance. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. Familiar with Twin Screw Extrusion Process and equipment, other experience such as Chemical Plant are plus.

2. Basic English reading ability on the technical document.

3. PLC programming, HMI, SCADA etc are preferred.

4. Able to read P&ID/PFD.

5. Team player is must.

6. Willing to troubleshooting breakdown key equipment at off-duty.

7. Familiar with Microsoft Office Software.
