*Account Maintenance: Increase customer engagement through participation on PDT's, manage/handle the all kinds of customers' enquiry independently and implement corrective actions timely or recommend changes initiatively, lead account team to resolution of technical issues, finish order process initiatively.
Responsible for some of the existing business in consumer electronics & medial market: sales plan, project pipeline management, price negotiation, supply coordination, channel management, customer relationship enhancement, new opportunity identification on the existing or new customers.
*New Business Development:
Responsible for market exploration/new opportunity developments for consumer electronics & meidal market: the key is to build project pipeline with Trinseo product offering for consumer electronics market – PC, ABS and Compounded products; and to develop new segments to grow the business.
Work with global team to support Global OEMs in Asia, to ensure good service and to explore new opportunities.
